FluTour ("we", "our", or "us") operates the FluTour Passenger and FluTour Driver mobile applications (the "Apps"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Apps.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name and phone number.

Location Data: We collect real-time GPS location to match passengers with nearby drivers and to display live ride progress. Driver location is shared with the matched passenger during a trip only.

Trip Data: We store trip history including pickup and drop-off locations, fare, and payment method for receipts and support purposes.

Payment Information: We record payment method (cash, InstaPay, or mobile wallet) and fare amount. We do not store card details — card payments are handled by third-party providers.

Profile Photos (Drivers): Driver profile, vehicle, and license photos are uploaded to provide identity verification for passengers.

Device Data: We collect anonymous device identifiers for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

2. How We Use Your Information

To connect passengers with nearby drivers
To display live driver location during a trip
To calculate fares and process payments
To send trip status notifications
To provide customer support
To prevent fraud and ensure platform safety

3. Location Data

The FluTour Driver app collects location in the background while a trip is active and the driver is online. This is required to accurately track driver position for passenger safety. Background location is never collected when the driver is offline.

The FluTour Passenger app collects foreground location only during active booking to show your position on the map.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:

Between users: Passenger name and pickup location are shared with the matched driver. Driver name, photo, vehicle, and phone number are shared with the matched passenger during a trip.
Service providers: Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and notifications. Map tiles provided by MapTiler.
Legal: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect user safety.

5. Data Retention

Trip records are retained for 12 months for dispute resolution. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@app.flutour.com or via WhatsApp at 01020773548.

7. Children

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of changes via the App or email.
